WARRANTY POLICY
Genesys Durable Medical Equipment understands that there are times when customers order products that end up not adequately meeting their needs. Genesys is more than willing to work with the customer to help come up with the best solution.
We are committed to working with our customers to ensure that products with warranties perform according to the manufacturer's specifications. Warranty information, where applicable, can be found enclosed within the product packaging or manual.Genesys Durable Medical Equipment and our manufacturers will honor all expressed warranties provided there is no damage,misuse,neglect from the user which could nullify the warranty.

RETURN POLICY
If you are the original purchaser who bought products directly from Genesys Durable Medical Equipment, you may return the products in as-new condition to Genesys up to 14 days; however, your Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be requested 72 hours from receiving your product. A RMA number is also required by for a full credit on any product error, damage or loss occurring in transit.
All products to be returned must be returned within 14 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resaleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
The item must be returned in "same as new" condition. In other words we must be able to sell the item as new. If the item has been scratched, damaged, dirty or otherwise un-saleable we can't accept a return on the item.
No item will be accepted for return after 14 days from the date of invoice.
All returns that are not related to a manufacture defect or shipping damage are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred both ways.
Shipping cost are non refundable.
Items that are custom made or modified to your specifications are not returnable.
The refund or credit does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your packing slip or invoice; you are responsible for those.
Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, nebulizers etc., may not be returned due to health & hygiene issues.Food & Nutrition items may not be returned as well (due to safety reasons). Due to manufacturers' return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to Genesys Durable Medical Equipment for repairs only - no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
THE REFUND OR CREDIT IS SUBJECT TO A FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) RESTOCKING FEE (PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES), UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
