Our Return Policy

GenesysMedical wants you to be completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us. Our trained, skilled, and knowledgeable staff will assist you with the ordering process . All orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please call us at (904)745-5121, or send an email request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Return requests are accepted when received within 15 days of the Invoice date.

Our return policies are a simple way of continuing to offer our customers the lowest prices and unprecedented service.

    • Returns are accepted only within 15 days of the Invoice date. The initial and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

    • All returns must have a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without receiving prior return authorization. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package and on a note with your name and phone number inside the box. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

 

    • Vaccines, and other iced items are non-returnable.

 

    • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

    • Merchandise must be in an undamaged and re-sellable condition, in its original packaging with no seals broken, and must include all manuals, blank warranty cards, and all the accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our return specialist. Partial and/or damaged returns will not receive a full credit. Items damaged during return shipping will receive partial or no Credit at the discretion of Genesys Medical Equipment.

 

    • Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is the result of our error and the entire order is returned.

 

    • After a return has been processed, if the final invoice falls below the $100 minimum for free or discounted shipping, normal or minimum shipping charges will apply.

 

    • We highly recommend sending returns by some traceable delivery (tracking or delivery confirmation) and in a secure box. Genesys is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

    • Please allow up to 7 days after receipt of your return for inspection and for our accounting department to review the type of credit being issued.

Cancellations

We strive to process and ship your order out the same day its ordered so that it is received in an expedited manner. If you decide to cancel your order, please do so by calling our Office at (904) 745-5121 immediately. We cannot guarantee an email cancellation will be read in time to stop an order from shipping. Orders cancelled after they have already been processed and packaged ready for shipment are subject to a 10% Cancellation Fee. By noon each day, the volume of packages on the loading dock may prohibit the retrieval of a cancelled order before it ships. Once the order has shipped it becomes the customers responsibility to obtain an RMA number.

Refused And Unclaimed Orders

Should you decide to refuse to accept a package upon delivery, or claim a package upon notice of delivery attempt, credit will be issued for the order less shipping and restocking charges once the order has been returned. Once an order has shipped, it is considered a complete sale. The return will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by our return specialist. Syringes, needles and custom orders cannot be returned.

Damaged Product in Shipment

Report any visible outside damage to delivery carrier, then call us at (904) 745-5121 for instructions. Please do not discard the product or the shipping box.

Timing Exceptions

If Items are available, all orders are shipped the same day the order is placed, or the following business day. Orders placed during the weekends or Holidays will be shipped the next open business day. Expedited orders will be shipped as quickly as possible, however weekend delivery is not guaranteed, unless Saturday delivery is requested by phone and paid for by the customer. Orders that require refrigeration will only be shipped Mondays-Wednesdays in order to keep these items from becoming warm while in transit over the weekend due to the temperature sensitivity of the products.
